Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with who you’re working with. A discovery call is a free 15-minute conversation where we can connect, and you can get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like, ask questions, and simply see how it feels to talk together without any pressure.
Through online one-on-one counselling, we’ll create room for whatever you’re carrying. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, gently and collaboratively exploring your experiences while supporting a deeper connection to yourself and your inner resources.
Sessions are available in 50- and 75-minute options, depending on the depth and pace that feels most supportive for you.
75 minutes is recommended for an initial session but not required.
I offer in-person sessions in a calm, cozy space designed to help you feel at ease. You’re invited to settle in with a cup of tea or a blanket as we begin. Through our time together, we not only explore what’s coming up for you, but also support your nervous system through co-regulation using the safety of a steady, attuned presence to help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I draw from a variety of modalities to support your unique needs, experiences, and goals, gently tailoring therapy to what feels most supportive for you.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
Helps identify and shift thought patterns that may be impacting emotions and behaviours.
DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy)
Supports emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships.
Narrative Therapy
Explores the stories we carry about ourselves and creates space for new meaning and perspectives.
Somatic Therapy
Focuses on the connection between the body and mind to support nervous system healing and emotional release.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Encourages present-moment awareness and gentler ways of relating to thoughts, emotions, and stress.
Existential Therapy
Explores themes of meaning, identity, freedom, uncertainty, and what it means to be human.
Feminist Therapy
Examines how societal, cultural, and relational dynamics shape lived experience, identity, and wellbeing.
